About Orders and the Potential for Back Orders
We build professional grade, high-performance electronic audio products. These are hand-wired, in the USA, using premium components. Although we endeavor to keep back stock, often products have to be built to order. This is usually not a problem because we can build smaller quantities quickly.
Sometimes, like when we have a prominent Youtube Presenter doing a demo for us, we can quickly go into a situation which, in a very short time frame, more orders can come in than we can fulfill quickly. After a large order surge happens it can also affect the orders coming after the surge. This is because the initial large number of orders need to be fulfilled first. This can lead to a situation where fulfilling orders can be unusually delayed.
